    From 21 - 25 October the British School in the Netherlands Rugby Club hosted its 4th week-long Rugby Camp with The Leicester Tigers, ten times Champions of England.  The 2013 course was the most popular yet, with over 120 kids aged 5 - 18 years old enjoying the late October sunshine in Voorschoten.

    On the 19th of March, 100 student participants from the International School of the Hague (the ISH) enjoyed a truly unique and inspiring experience - a TEDx Youth event. Featuring fantastic talks, many engaging workshops and shows of entertainment throughout the day, we can only say that the event reached its aim and its slogan; 'Spark Your Talent'.

    Just a few years ago, I had a meeting with the then new Mayor Jozias van Aartsen. We talked about our love for the city and how The Hague was transformed into a real city of Peace and Justice. There is no city in the world that received so many important international institutes between its borders in such a short period of time.
