Helpdesk Help

Dear ACCESS Help Desk,

I am currently an exchange student in Arnhem. I was wondering if you know where I would be able to donate clothing and other household item donations. I live with a group of foreign exchange students and we are unable to bring all of our stuff back home. I would rather donate the items than throw them away. I'm having trouble finding places to donate clothing around Arnhem. If you could give me some suggestions of places where I can donate my belongings, that would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Dear client,

Thank you for contacting ACCESS.

We understand from your e-mail that you are looking for a place to donate clothing and other household items.

We are pleased to offer you the following suggestions to help you with your donations. The first one is the Kringloop, it is a non-profit national organisation that accepts clothing and household items to resell. Here is the link to their website: http://www.inenuit.com/

Their address in Arnhem is:

Schaapsdrift 79 (next to  Praxis)
6824 GR , Arnhem
026 361 44 58
065 573 84 90
info@inenuit.com

Opening times:
Mondays 13:00 - 17:00
Tuesdays to Saturdays 10:00 - 17:00

The second suggestion we would like to offer is Leger Des Heils ( the Dutch Salvation Army, a Christian organisation). They also accept clothing donations for resale. Here is the link to their website listing your local branches:http://www.reshare.nl/Map

The website is in Dutch. All you need to do is type in your address and it will indicate your nearest stores.

Finally, our third suggestion is a link that will take you to a charity vault website for different charities in Arnhem and hopefully you will be able to find what you are looking for:http://www.charity-charities.org/donate/Netherlands-donations/Arnhem.html

We hope that we have given you sufficient information to help you with your donations. If you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us again.

Dear ACCESS Help Desk,

Could give me the address of a good dog transport service.  It is for a short-nosed dog that needs to be sent back to the United States. The airline that we are taking will not accept a snub-nosed dog, so we need to find an alternative service.

Thank you for your help
