A unique
opportunity to learn how to reduce unsupportive emotional
stress reactions.
When stress is experienced daily and becomes chronic the effects
can be devastating for your health and
wellbeing.
In this highly impactful
program with 3 group sessions of 3 ½ hours

we will explore various
ways to develop emotional control and become more stress
resilient.
You will learn

anytime

This is a learning
experience, not a therapy. You are the focus - you are
there for yourself. There is no expectation for sharing experiences
with the group though the support of the group is present. For
further emphasis, the training will be followed up with monthly
informative newsletters and weekly email coaching tips over a 3
month period.
The Trainer
After experiencing the toxic health
consequences of stress herself, Mary Jane started on a journey. She
discovered the causes and effects of stress and how we can become
more stress resilient. She has become passionate about sharing her
knowledge on how to improve one's emotional balance. Mary Jane was
a registered nurse in Canada, is a Master NLP Practioner, a
certified Stress Counselor from Sonnevelt Opleiding, and a licensed
Institute of HeartMath provider.
