Community Education Team - The Hague

ACCESS, a not for profit organization working closely with the English speaking international and expat community is looking for volunteers to work in the Community Education Team in The Hague office.

The community education team has excellent opportunities for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to gain valuable experience in an environment which welcomes creativity in ensuring the smooth administration, organization and running of a variety of courses and workshops which are beneficial to the expat community.

Desired abilities and attributes include:

Manage the ambiguity associated with relocating to a new environment Ability to speak, read and write English
Minimize the uncertainty associated with understanding a new and often confusing set of rules, regulations and processes Ability to work independantly and use initiative
Reduce the level of stress and frustration associated with learning to live in The Netherlands Computer literate and good interpersonal skills
Reduce the level of stress and frustration associated with learning to live in The Netherlands Ability to read and understand Dutch would be useful

ACCESS offers a stimulating international working environment which is both professional and filled with a relaxed informal atmosphere.

Volunteers will need to make a commitment of at least 6 months to ACCESS and be available to work a minimum of 6 hours per week.
