Looking for exercise and advice during pregnancy? Annette Terpstra offers an 8-session course in Badhoevedorp. The exercises are focused on posture during pregnancy and labour. This includes breathing, relaxation and pelvic floor muscles training during all phases of the pregnancy and labour.
The course is based on the Mensendieck Method combined with Pilates and Yoga exercises. The 8th lesson is postnatal, a reunion with all the babies and proud mothers and a refresher as well for some important exercises to stay fit after having given birth. The partner will join one evening.
Badhoevedorp is easy to reach from Amsterdam-West, Schiphol area and Haarlem and surroundings. Parking is free and the classes are Thursday evening starting 18:30 until 20:00.
If you are in a hurry or not able to make it to the studio, Annette can come to your house as well. In one or two sessions she will prepare you and your partner for the upcoming labour.
