| Childbirth Preparation Course |

A popular six session course geared towards couples in the last trimester of pregnancy. The course is presented by an ACCESS childbirth educator.
Some of the topics covered include:
• Introduction to the Dutch Health Care System
• Normal labour and childbirth - when to call the midwife or hospital
• Breathing and relaxation exercises for various stages of labour
• Pain relief, including epidurals
• Post partum period
