Yoga for Pregnancy
title line

The practice of yoga during pregnancy awakens the natural intelligence of your body to help you through both the physical and psychological changes that occur. It is an excellent way to tone your muscles, increase your stamina, and improve circulation.

You will learn to relax and relieve tension through breathing - for a smooth pregnancy and easy labour. Yoga can help you experience natural birth with trust and confidence. And it is also an ideal way to stay in
shape and to meet other expectant mothers during pregnancy.

* Pre-registration is required for limited number of participants.
