Mireille BARREAU is a Sophrologist (Master Specialist), Specialist in sleeping disorders and physical disorders/tensions due to Stress.
The course will cover the followings topics:

• Learn how to relax
• Chronobiology and body rhythm
• How to get protected from stress
• Where does stress go
• Lifestyle, nutrition and sleep: what can be improved
• How to fall asleep and how to fall back to sleep
• Disturbing forthcoming events, how to handle them without insomnia
• How to protect your sleep on a long term basis
Each session is organised in 2 parts: One part with explanations and information, one part for practice. Some audio CDs related to the practices done during the courses will be given to participants in order to train themselves in between sessions.
