Cross-Cultural Communication Workshop
title line

Recognise the effects of your own cultural assumptions, behaviour and communication and manage cultural differences to mutual benefit.

Your ability to recognise cultural diversity and its potential benefits and caveats will help you manage the complexity of cross-cultural communication to benefit you and the other. It is impossible to recognise difference without being aware of your own culture and how it affects you, your judgment, your behaviour and your way of communicating with others.

This is why we will devote the first session on exploring yourself and potential differences to other cultures.

In the second session we will then expand on practical ways for you to manage cultural difference and increase your cultural agency.
