This course gives you an effective practical preparation for labour and includes eight sessions, two sessions with your partner.
The course is based on a combination of techniques: yoga and relaxation through breathing and massage and includes: • Pelvic floor exercises • Stages of labour • Breathing and pushing techniques • Positions to help you cope
