However long you have been in The Netherlands, you may encounter things that are a little different from those at home. Do you find banking, utilities, TV, playgroups, schools, dentists, transport, health insurance and much more in The Netherlands all too confusing? Wondering where to find certain products you cannot see in the supermarkets, or want to dine at a particular type of restaurant but do not know how to find it?

ACCESS has a database full of records and our volunteers are constantly updating and adding new information all the time. We are all going through similar experiences and are happy to share what we have learnt. With our large network of expats and locals, we can find the answer to any of your questions, and remember, no question is too big or too small!

Our telephone information helplines are open Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 16:00
Amsterdam: (020) 423 3217 -- The Hague: (070) 346 2525
Or ask your questions on our online contact form and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
